Taplizm provides support through in-app self-service features and the contact form on this website.
Privacy Center (in-app)
From Privacy Center in the Settings screen, you can:
- Review data stored on this device (Device ID, preferences, fixed coordinates)
- Reset local data
- Suspend and reactivate this device
Open the app's Settings tab, then tap "Open Privacy Center".
Reset Local Data (in-app)
Use "Reset local data" in Settings to delete your Device ID, preferences, fixed coordinates, and onboarding status. After reset, you will restart from onboarding.
Open the app's Settings tab, then scroll to "Reset local data" at the bottom.
